Raising cost of living increase for certain municipal employees

The purpose of this bill is to raise the cost-of-living increase from the first $15,000 to the first $45,000 for supplemental pension benefits for municipal police, firefighters, employees of waterworks systems, sewage systems, or combined waterworks/sewage systems.
