Relating to cooperation with federal immigration authorities.

The purpose of this bill is to repeal existing state law relating to requiring state law enforcement officers and employees to assist federal agencies in enforcement of federal immigration laws and prohibits these activities absent of a judicially approved warrant; establishes limitations on any enforcement agreements, places limits on participation with federal agents, establishes reporting requirements of any immigration enforcement related activities, and provides for disciplinary action for …
